| | | | | Recorded in January 2004, evesong is eve’s debut CD and it features an exciting and beautiful combination of early, folk and contemporary music for unaccompanied female voices and instruments. The CD features the combined talents of eve and guest artists Alan McKie (baritone), Zoe Barry (baroque cello), Glenys March (harpsichord) and musicians from the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra — Steven Peterka (vibraphone/percussion), Philip Hall (percussion) and Harley Gray (double bass).
Evesong is a celebration of Greta, Emma and Christie’s musical journey. With rich, lyrical and pure harmonies from Dunstable, Monteverdi and Palestrina to contemporary Australian works, evesong offers a tantalising feast of sounds to delight the senses.
